dialogue
if i begin work on maplesim again, would anyone miss the dialogue system if i were to not reimplement it for a while? i have to start the game from scratch and that systtem took quite a while to perfect, so ignoring it for a while would make other things come faster (like more customization, more positions, etc.)

ReplyDeleteI dont think skipping out on the dialogue for now is that big of a problem. Focus on what you think is important.
ReplyDeleteI'm fine with the dialogue system being out for as long as it takes, I'd just like to see a new version of the game.
ReplyDeleteDialog is nice but it's more of a luxury then a necessity. More options for hair style and eye styles would be a lot better then having some dialog.
ReplyDeleteI agree. I saw the dialogue system as an add-on and not really as part of the Maple Sim's core. Leaving it out for now wouldn't be much of a problem for most of us.
ReplyDeleteI agree....leaving dialogue out for awhile wouldn't hurt as long as better things were put in like more positions and customization, The dialogue can be put in last.
ReplyDeleteI recall that when you zoomed in the dialogue would get cut off anyway. It's clearly not a priority.
